Alternatives to Polyvore for Etsy Sellers part 1

Today my friends I would like to share my experience with Urstule . When I first joined I thought that it wouldn't be useful for my Etsy shop VintageJewelries  because I couldn't upload my own items. 

That recently changed and now we can add our items and besides that now we have the ability to import our sets from Polyvore to the site

In order to do that you must first download your work from Polyvore 

To download your own sets sign in here /account-update.polyvore.com/ and request download. When your content is ready you will be able to download a zip file with your set

After that register or login to Urstyle and then open EDIT PROFILE page. Click IMPORT YOUR OD PROFILE button. Upload the ZIP file you have downloaded from POLYVORE and wait for your file to upload (it might take up to an hour)

I have done it yesterday and all my sets were uploaded ok . Unfortunately only our sets can be imported and not our collections or items cause according to Ssense they weren't user-generated and for that reason they can not be shared

Also now we can add our own items. It's quite simple, you just 

1. Open site with the chosen picture.
2. Right click on a picture.
3. Copy image address.
4. Open ITEMS tab on a profile page.
5. Click ADD ITEMS button.
6. Paste image address into image URL input.
7. Click SEND button.

The difference with trendMe so far is that we can not put an affiliate link in our items to redirect someone to our listing and we can not add a price. Also I couldn't find an option to delete or edit an item once it is uploaded.

Finally when creating a set we have the ability to custom cut a picture, so here is my first set featuring my amethyst ring
